During morning observations, The client exhibited difficulty interacting with his peers in a positive manner by hitting another student while they completed class work on the computer. During midday observations, The client remained focused and followed directions on the first prompt while completing his class work. During afternoon observations, The client exhibited difficulty interacting with his peers in a positive manner by hitting his classmate while at recess. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. QMHP-C inquired about the clientâs morning. During morning observations, QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of him keeping his hands to himself when interacting with her peers. During midday observations, QMHP-C provided The client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue following directions on the first prompt and to remain focused while completing his work. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of interacting with his peers in a positive manner by keeping his hands to himself. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment services throughout the day as evidenced by participation and positive feedback. During morning observations, The client was unreceptive to redirection by crawling under his desk and crying. He was then able to calm down and agreed to keep his hands to himself when interacting with his peers. During midday observations, The client continued to follow directions on the first prompt and remain focused while completing his work. During afternoon observations, The client was receptive to redirection and agreed to interact with his peers in a positive manner while at recess. He also agreed to continue to track his behaviors on his self-monitoring chart.
